This paper addresses the importance of publishing self-research gescons qualified by self-scientificity for the consciential paradigm. To start discussing the technical development of the cosmovision of this topic, in this case, self-scientific gesconography, the author based herself on the analysis of seven conscientiological specialties. This analysis highlights the role of claritaskal and theatical writing in self-research for self-evolution, whether through the enhancement of recins or through interassistance. Furthermore, the analysis indicates the relevance of a self-scientific gescon in multiexistential self-relay, in the groupkarmic process of building the science conscientiology, and for the start of polykarmic assistance.
Em função de autopesquisa diária em mais de 15 anos de prática da tenepes, explora-se neste trabalho a comunicabilidade entre o tenepessista e a equipe extrafísica focalizando a relação pensenidade-tenepes e a necessidade de afinidade pensênica na equipe da tenepes. Aborda-se a influência da sexualidade do(a) praticante nas práticas diárias e a importância da higiene cosmoética no estabelecimento de uma pensenidade adequada à melhoria da tarefa energética pessoal.
