In this article, it is analysed the types of power, according to Max Weber and Michel Foucault, in comparison with consciential power. Contributions of each of these theorists are analysed and followed by a synthesis of the main ideas thus expanding to the consciential paradigm standpoint about the differences of characteristics in each approach. In the conclusion, it is presented the evolutionary path of these conscins in accordance with the consciential maturity reached through the deepening of multidimensionality, interassistantiality and applied cosmoethics experiences aiming the establishment of Worldwide Cosmoethic Government.
